Photovoltaic panels

RUBANOX offers a wide range of photovoltaic panels MADE IN ITALY, produced with high quality crystalline silicon cells.
LAfter having been checked and individually selected, the cells are connected in series and encapsulated using a hot rolling process between two EVA polymer sheets, a sheet of tempered glass and a sheet of polymeric laminate, for maximum protection in unfavourable environmental conditions and to guarantee durability over time.
The corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium frame facilitates the easy and safe installation of the modules in any type of system, ensuring high resistance to both static and dynamic loads. The junction box, mounted on the back of the unit, contains the three bypass diodes necessary to ensure the correct operation of the module and two connecting cables equipped with quick-fit connectors for easy and safe interconnection between the modules.
Photovoltaic panels are available in the following versions: Silver 240Wp, Silver 245Wp, Silver 250Wp, Silver 255Wp, Silver 260Wp, Silver 265Wp, Silver 270Wp, Silver 275Wp e Black 240Wp, Black 245Wp, Black 250Wp, Black 255Wp, Black 260Wp.

Classification

Upon completion of the production cycle each module is subjected to a double verification, both visual to identify any discrepancies, as well as electrical to verify its corresponding characteristics.
Based on the measured values, the units are then classified into narrow power and current ranges to reduce mismatching effects.
The power tolerance of the modules is exclusively positive (e.g. 230 W, +0÷3%).
Packages are composed of modules sharing the same class.

Warranty

The modules are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 10 years.
A loss of power below 10% compared with the nominal value is guaranteed for 12 years, and below 20% for 25 years.
All warranties are valid if the modules are installed and used in accordance with instructions concerning storage, installation, operation and maintenance, supplied with the delivery of the product.

Compliance and certifications

The modules conform to European standards and are certified IEC 61215:2006-08, IEC 61730-2:2007-11, Class II insulation and IP65 protection level for the junction box.
