Thermodynamic panels

RUBANOX offers innovative high efficiency ROLL-BOND thermodynamic panels.
The thermodynamic panels, working together with a heat pump, produce hot water both during the day and at night in all weather conditions.
Solar thermodynamic panels rely on a low temperature coolant that warms up as it circulates through the thermodynamic panels, partially due to the solar radiation heat and partially due to the external temperature.
Both contribute to creating a difference in temperature that causes the coolant to pass from a liquid to a gaseous state and to be immediately aspirated by the compressor. Increasing the gas pressure and temperature, the hot and compressed gas enters the condenser.
The design provides for a heat exchanger coiled around a stainless steel water tank.
The water is heated at the expense of the coolant which, yielding its heat, makes its way to the expansion valve and returns to a liquid phase.
Standard thermodynamic panels are available in 2000 x 800 mm and 1700 x 800 mm sizes.
Panels can also be produced to customer's specifications ( CUSTOM DESIGN ), adding the company’s logo inside the panel channelling. The panels are supplied with copper / aluminium tubes with an 8 mm diameter.
Brass fittings measuring 1/4 ‘’ ( inlet ) and 3/8 ‘’ ( outlet ) or both measuring 3/8 ‘’ are welded at the ends of the tubes. Alternatively, 1/2 ‘’ aluminium fittings can be welded.
Finish : available in over 50 colours. ROLL-BOND thermodynamic aluminium panels weigh only 7 kg and are supplied with a complete kit of brackets and screws for easy installation.
